As a Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various facets of our business operations. Key responsibilities include:

Team and Department Management

• Motivate and inspire team members by forming a positive vision of the company's future.
• Find individual approaches to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Identify team member's area's of development, draw up and control plans for development

Project Management

• Focus on turning CEO's ideas and actionable feedback into long-term decisions, changes, and projects.
• Utilize business thinking to identify opportunities and alternative solutions to problems.
• Consider and evaluate the long-term results and consequences of implemented changes and projects.
• Apply logic, analytical skills, and critical thinking to ensure effective decision-making.

Resource Management and Proactivity

• Efficiently allocate resources while working within constraints to meet organizational goals.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Decompose strategic plans into operations and organize their implementation.

Financial Acumen

• Apply knowledge of accounting principles for effective financial management.
• Conduct financial analysis and data interpretation to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience (operational or project management)
